BIO
I am an Executive Coach with over 20 years’ HR Generalist experience gained from the Financial Services and Hospitality industries. Today my clients include Accenture, PWC, Google, Salesforce, DLA Piper, Visa and Mars Inc, as well as smaller start ups. Accredited by the Academy of Executive Coaching and founder of AC Executive Coaching, my focus is on transition specifically supporting clients through change in their career. I will help you understand where you are now and where you want to get to over an agreed period of time, supporting you through this process.
I am a trained Hogan Associate (personality assessment) and like to bring this offering into my coaching where appropriate. It helps bring greater awareness and depth to the coaching journey.
I also work with private clients supporting them in career development including transitioning into new roles, support in their job search (Linked In profile and CV) and rehearsing interview technique.
